We start with an honest, relaxed conversation about what you like and don't like about your smile. Most patients already have a clear sense of what bothers them — our job is to listen carefully, examine your teeth, and talk through every option available to you, including the realistic costs and timeframes involved. You'll leave with a proposed treatment plan, not a hard sell.
Before any permanent work begins, we can show you a digital preview of your proposed new smile, so you have a genuine sense of the outcome before committing to treatment.
For veneer cases, your teeth are carefully prepared and temporary veneers fitted first. This gives you a genuine trial run — wear them, show friends and family, and tell us if you'd like anything adjusted before your final veneers are made. Shape, length, and colour can all still be refined at this stage.
Once you're happy, your final veneers or restorations are crafted to match exactly what you approved — with the natural shape, texture, and colour you chose, but finished to a higher standard of comfort and polish than the temporaries.
A follow-up appointment shortly after your treatment lets us check everything has settled comfortably and make any small adjustments needed — often just minor bite refinements once any numbness has fully worn off.
