What to expect on your first visit

We want your first visit to feel easy and welcome. Here's what to expect when you come in for the first time.

01

A warm welcome

Our reception team will greet you and take a few details. We'll give you a short new patient form to complete — it covers your medical history and any concerns you'd like to discuss.

02

Your assessment

Dr Nawaz will carry out a thorough examination of your teeth, gums, and mouth. We'll take any necessary X-rays and talk through our findings in plain, jargon-free terms.

03

A plan together

If any treatment is recommended, we'll explain all your options, costs, and timings clearly. There's no pressure — you decide what you'd like to do, and at what pace.

In pain? Call us first.

If you're experiencing dental pain, a broken tooth, a lost filling, or a knocked-out tooth — please call us as early as possible. We do our best to see emergency patients on the same day, and Dental Plan members receive priority access.
